My recent stay had its ups and downs. The airport shuttle was efficient and made getting around hassle-free, plus I appreciated the flexibility of checking in a day early. However, I ran into a significant issue with the staff regarding their pet policy, which ultimately ruined my vacation. The overall experience could have been smoother, but some positives made it a decent stay.
